Your initial session

Here's what you can expect during your initial counselling session with Mindful Solutions Counselling:

Together, we’ll:

• Talk about what’s been happening recently and what brought you to therapy

• Explore what you’d like to achieve or change

• Begin to understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact

• Discuss how CBT might help you move forward

You’ll also have time to ask any questions about the process, confidentiality, or practical details.
